Our Story

Starting out as a sole trader providing Exercise Physiology services, our Director Andrea Tyler had a vision to grow a team with the same ambition and drive to deliver collaborative and exceptional health care services to the local community. 

10 years on, the team at Perfect Fit Health Solutions has developed into a supportive group of clinicians who are experts in their field, working to each of their strengths to achieve the goals of the community they serve.

Our mission is to provide client centred care which empowers individuals to take control of their health by increasing knowledge, addressing barriers and achieving goals.

Our Goal

Our goal is to use a multidisciplinary team approach to improve both physical and mental health to ensure our clients are able to reach their full potential and have a good quality of life.

Meet the Team

Andrea Tyler

Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Credentialed Diabetes Educator

Andrea has been practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2011 and a Credentialed Diabetes Educator since 2017. Having graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science, the Australian Catholic University with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and the University of Technology Sydney with a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management, she is uniquely placed to assist her patients to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. 

Andrea has a passion for using exercise as a tool in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and her experience spans across a variety of areas including weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and PCOS as well as musculoskeletal rehabilitation. In addition to private practice, Andrea also works in public health providing acute treatment to patients with cardiovascular disease and heart failure including pre and post heart transplant. She is also a sessional lecturer at the Australian Catholic University, educating students enrolled in the Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology.  

As a busy mum of 3, she understands the struggles of balancing work, family commitments and health. Andrea's biggest strength is working with each person to overcome previous barriers to exercise, finding a solution to achieve set goals but also developing plan that is enjoyable and able to be maintained. 

You can work with Andrea at: Penrith, Blacktown, Seven Hills, Quakers Hill, Rouse Hill and Parramatta. Andrea also provides a mobile service and can provide sessions in the comfort of your own home.

Danica D’Souza

Accredited Practising Dietitian

Danica is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about making healthy eating easier. She has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition & food science from Western Sydney University and a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Sydney.

Danica is a massive foodie so it’s no surprise that one of her favourite parts of being a dietitian is the fact that she gets to talk about food all day! But more than that, she enjoys helping people make dietary changes to improve their long-term health. 

She is able to assist clients with weight management, diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, IBS, PCOS and more!

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, going on coastal walks and spending time with friends and family.

Alysa Soman

General Psychologist

Alysa is an AHPRA-registered General Psychologist who is compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of mental health concerns. She is committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel safe and supported. Alysa customises her therapeutic approach to align with each individual's unique needs and circumstances, fostering personal growth, enhancing overall well-being, and guiding clients toward achieving meaningful and sustainable improvements in their quality of life.​

Alysa empowers clients to gain insight, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to make progress toward their therapeutic goals.She draws on a range of evidence-based therapy modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). In addition, Alysa incorporates trauma-informed care practices, ensuring a foundation of safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic journey.

Dana Najmeddine

General Psychologist

Dana is a registered General Psychologist committed to supporting individuals in improving their mental health, building resilience, and navigating life’s challenges. She works with clients of all ages and backgrounds, offering guidance for a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

With a warm, understanding, and collaborative approach, Dana tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. She draws on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques to provide practical, actionable strategies that support lasting change.

De Lovan Zandy

General Psychologist

De Lovan is a dedicated AHPRA registered psychologist with years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan through psychological intervention and behaviour therapy; he has supported provisional psychologists through team leadership and expanded his training ability to serve as a senior behaviour support training manager for NSW State. De Lovan employs an empathic approach in assessing and providing treatment/support for various diagnoses including but not limited to Autism Spectrum (ASD), clients with Intellectual Disability and/or presenting with disorders of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, DID, BPD, ODD, OCD and has supported some of the most complex cases with multiple diagnoses and extreme behaviours throughout his experience in the field.

De Lovan’s areas of interest are ASD, trauma and schizophrenia. He has lived experience of environments volatile with mental health issues and has worked with volunteer organisations overseas with clients in war-torn countries and victims of sexual assault. His passion for understanding his clients at a deeper level serves his determination to develop appropriate treatment plans for achieving effective outcomes for his clients whilst adhering to ethical standards.

Therapy: De Lovan utilises a range of interventions and modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of his clients such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which addresses dysfunctional thought patterns and behaviours, proving effective for issues like depression, anxiety, and PTSD; Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for borderline personality disorder, integrating CBT techniques with mindfulness and emotional regulation strategies. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is used to encourage his clients to accept their thoughts and feelings and commit to value-driven actions. For children and adolescents who have difficulty engaging directly in psychological intervention, he employs Play Therapy as a non-verbal expressive avenue. These modalities can be delivered in individual face-to-face or digital (telehealth) settings, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for his clients. De Lovan employs his intervention through a clinical assessment, client preferences, and the latest evidence-based practices. When engaged in behaviour therapy, De Lovan aims to involve family and other allied health services that are available to the client in the process of intervention to achieve outcomes.

Assessment: De Lovan provides assessments for clients across the lifespan including an initial mental health evaluation followed by specific assessments that may be required such as ADHD, personality or cognitive assessments.

Krish Kumar

General Psychologist

Krish is a Registered Psychologist along with over 15 years of experience across the disability, vocational, and mental health sectors. He has developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals with complex behaviours, neurodivergence, and psychosocial challenges.

Krish began his career in Disability Employment Services, where he gained valuable insight into the barriers faced by individuals with both physical and psychological conditions in achieving their personal and vocational goals. His extensive experience within the NDIS sector includes working with clients presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, anxiety, and mood-related disorders, focusing on building capacity and improving quality of life.

In clinical practice, Krish has a particular interest in working with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, helping them to identify patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour that impact their wellbeing. He  also has interest  in supporting individuals managing chronic health conditions such as persistent pain, autoimmune illnesses, and fatigue syndromes, and recognises how these conditions interact with emotional health, motivation, and daily functioning.

Krish takes a holistic and person-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),l and mindfulness-based interventions. He integrates these within a biopsychosocial framework to ensure treatment is tailored to each client’s unique values, strengths, and life circumstances.

Geeta Krishna

Registered Nurse

Geeta is an experienced registered nurse with 15 years of dedicated service in the field of cardiology. Having completed her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Technology, Geeta has specialised in managing patients with chronic and complex cardiovascular conditions. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of cardiology allow her to provide exceptional care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Geeta is committed to delivering exceptional clinical care ensuring that her patients receive the support and education they need to navigate their health journeys effectively. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate touch, helping patients feel understood and empowered in their treatment.

Outside of her professional life, Geeta enjoys a variety of activities that contribute to her overall well-being and personal fulfillment. She is an avid listener of audiobooks, finding both relaxation and inspiration through a wide range of literature. Geeta also has a passion for bushwalking and spending time at the beach, activities that provide her with a refreshing connection to nature.

Through her combination of clinical expertise, ongoing professional development, and personal interests, Geeta Krishna exemplifies a holistic approach to both her career and her life.

Andrew Joseph

Nurse Practioner

Andrew is an Accredited Nurse Practitioner who has a strong passion in assisting patients regain and maintain quality of life. Andrew has a Bachelor of Nursing from Western Sydney University and a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) from Sydney University. and 

Andrew enjoys studying and conducting research that can enhance the quality of life and health outcomes of individuals and so he is always up to date with the latest evidence-based practice. This thirst for knowledge has led him down the path of commencing his PhD in 2025 with a focus on lifestyle management. 

Andrew has a special interest in the complex interactions of cardiometabolic conditions and has worked extensively in Cardiology with a speciality in the management of individuals with Chronic Heart Failure for over 15 years.

Seeing a Nurse Practitioner does not require a referral; however Andrew will work collaboratively with your healthcare team to provide support and follow up care to a broad range of clients affected by conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, kidney disease and other deficiencies. 

In his spare time Andrew enjoys travelling globally and domestically. He is an avid reader and enjoys spending time in the gym.

Jericho Gunay

Accredited Exercise Scientist

Jericho is passionate about helping others discover the power of movement and exercise. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science and currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Jericho is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals.

One of Jericho's favourite aspects of this journey is seeing people accomplish things they never thought possible or reconnect with activities they love. From improving overall health to guiding people through challenges, he is focused on enhancing the quality of life through tailored exercise programs.

Outside of Sports and Exercise, he enjoys playing guitar, staying active and loves helping out at his local church.
